摘要
随着石油基餐具危害的逐渐显现,植物基可降解餐具已得到越来越多的研究和应用.本文对植物基可降解餐具的原料、分类和制备流程进行介绍,结合实例重点讨论了餐具机械强度、防水防油、防霉抗菌等性能的提升方法,并阐明了植物基可降解餐具的应用前景、发展阻碍和潜在危险.在"减塑禁塑"的背景下,植物基可降解餐具具有良好的发展前景和广阔的发展空间;但是,其也存在着性能不足、原料把关难和质量验收标准不成熟等问题.
Abstract
With the emergence of environmental hazard caused by the abuse of petroleum-based plastic tableware,more and more plant-based degradable tableware has been studied and applied to replace petroleum-based plastic tableware.In this article,the raw materials,classification,and brief preparation process of common plant-based degradable tableware were mainly introduced.Based on research examples,the methods for improving the mechanical strength,water and oil resistance,antibacterial and mold resistance of plant-based degradable tableware were analyzed and discussed,and the application prospects,development obstacles,and potential dangers of plant-based degradable tableware were elucidated.Plant-based degradable tableware has good development prospects and broad development space in the context of"reducing plastic and tightening plastic".However,it also has problems with plant-based degradable tableware,such as insufficient performance,difficulty in controlling raw materials,and immature quality acceptance standards.
