Hemp concrete is a biocomposite material mainly composed of hemp stalk core and lime. The effects of hemp content, lime content and pressure time on mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of hemp concrete were analyzed by orthogonal test. The results show that the factors affecting the thermal insulation performance of hemp concrete are hemp content, lime content and pressure time, and the thermal insulation performance of concrete is the best when hemp content is 45%,lime content is 45%,and pressure time is 10 min.The factors influencing the mechanical properties of hemp concrete are hemp content, lime content and pressure time in order. When hemp content is 15%,lime content is 15%and pressure time is 30 min,the compressive capacity of concrete is the best.By adding an appropriate amount of hemp stalk core, the thermal insulation performance of concrete is improved under the premise of meeting the pressure resistance conditions.Through this method, not only the recycling of biomass waste can be achieved, but also energy conservation and environmental protection can be achieved.
