MTMS接枝纤维素纳米纤维的硅烷化改性

通过硅烷化反应将甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)接枝到纤维素纳米纤丝(CNFs)上,成功制备了改性CNFs(M-CNFs),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、Zeta电位、热重(TG)对M-CNFs的结构进行表征.结果表明:M-CNFs的最佳制备工艺条件为反应体系温度25℃、反应体系pH值5、反应时间2h,所制得M-CNFs的水接触角为93.1°,热稳定性良好,可形成体系稳定的悬浮液,具备了作为Pickering乳液稳定剂的能力.
Silanization Modification of Cellulose Nanofibers Grafted with MTMS
Through a silanization reaction,methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS)was grafted onto cellulose nanofibers(CNFs)to successfully synthesize modified CNFs(M-CNFs).The structure of M-CNFs was characterized using Fou-rier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray Diffraction(XRD),Zeta potential analysis,and Thermogravimet-ric Analysis(TGA).The results indicated that the optimal preparation conditions for M-CNFs are reaction tempera-ture of 25℃,pH 5,and reaction time of 2 hours.The water contact angle of the synthesized M-CNFs was 93.1°,demonstrating good thermal stability and the ability to form stable suspensions,thereby making them suitable as Pickering emulsion stabilizers.
