以木质素磺酸盐为分散剂的除草剂制备及性能研究

木质素磺酸盐具有很强的分散性、黏结性和螯合性,在工业水处理、制革工业、电镀工业、农药助剂等领域具有广泛的应用前景.本文以水解木质素制备了木质素磺酸盐,再利用其分散甲磺隆和苯磺隆除草剂得到除草剂的可分散粒剂,利用田间药效试验研究了以木质素磺酸盐为分敬剂的除草剂的除草性能.结果表明:苯磺隆和甲磺隆除草剂样品的pH分别为6.0和4.5,呈现弱酸性和强酸性;Zeta电位分别为-23.5 mV和-24.5 mV,表明除草剂样品稳定性较好;除草剂可分散粒剂的株防治效果处于59.38%~100.00%.
Preparation and Properties Study of Herbicides Using Lignosulfonates as Dispersants
Lignin sulfonates have strong dispersibility,adhesion,and chelation properties,which have promising applications in industrial water treatment,leather industry,electroplating industry,and pesticide additives.In this article,lignosulfonate was prepared using hydrolyzed lignin as raw material,which was used to disperse methanesulfuron and benzenesulfuron herbicidesto prepare herbicide dispersible granules.The performance of herbicides using lignosulfonates as dispersants was studied through field efficacy experiments.The results showed that the pH values of the herbicide samples of benzenesulfuron and methanesulfuron were 6.0 and 4.5,respectively,showing weak acidity and strong acidity.Zeta potentials of these two samples were-23.5 mV and-24.5 mV,indicating good stability of the herbicide sample.The control effect of the last application of herbicide dispersible granules on plants is between 59.38%and 100.00%.
