《唐西州都督府牒为请留送东官马填充团结欠马事》是一件作为调马以及市马凭证存在于一组市马案卷中的西州都督府发往上使的牒文,通过对同墓出土文书的物理形态、官文书格式和文字表达的分析,能够在一定程度上复原文书的原本面貌和文书的含义,文书反映了在西州都督邓温的军事行动加剧西州马匹和马料短缺的背景下,西州在接到上使运输马匹命令后,因这一批互市得马不堪东运,希望留70匹补充团结欠马,额外以20匹帖群分付来使,为了保证马匹运输行为顺利以及西域政策的一致性,西州都督从邓温换成定母,但邓温因身份才能和唐廷的西北政策并没有被边缘化.
Abstract
This Die(牒)have record the horses allocation between Xizhou commandery and emissary.That is saved in the Tang Dynasty Paper Record which about trade horses for a certificate with allocation and horses commercial.After the analysis to the document's physical form and format,we can recover this official record.Consequently,we found out following things about this allocation.First,the back-ground is the Xizhou Du-du(Governor of Western Zhou Dynasty),Deng Wen consume many horses and other resource to make operations.Then the emissary asks Xizhou commandery to transport jianer horses.Second,this Die(牒)has record the Xizhou commandery want to stay some horses in Xizhou to supple-ment the Xizhou's tuanjie.Third,the Xizhou Du-du has changed from Deng Wen to Ding Mu.Deng Wen depend on his military talent was not demotion.The northwest policy of Tang Dynasty is decided to the lo-cal situation.
