摘要

国际铁路联盟(UIC)标准是当前大多数国外铁路项目采用的国际通用标准.系统分析中国与UIC铁路主要技术指标的差异性及等效性,对于提升中国铁路标准国际化水平、推动铁路"走出去"具有重要现实意义.本文深入调查研究了 UIC基础设施主要标准,选取路基、桥梁、隧道、轨道等4大专业的主要技术指标系统开展了中国和UIC设计标准的对比研究,根据研究结果提出了我国铁路标准的修订建议和UIC铁路标准的修订建议,为我国主持或参与UIC国际铁路标准的制修订、推动中国铁路标准国际化提供借鉴.

Abstract

The International Union of Railway(UIC)standards are currently adopted in many railway projects abroad.The systematic analysis of the differences and equivalences between the main technical indicators of China and UIC railways is of great significance for improving the internationalization level of China railway standards and promoting railway going global.This article conducts an in-depth investigation and study of UIC infrastructure standard system.It selects four major technical aspects,including earthworks,bridge,tunnel,and track,to conduct a co MParative study of the main design standards of China and UIC.Based on the research results,suggestions for revising China's railway standards and UIC railway standards are proposed,providing experience for China in the formulation and revision of UIC international railway standards and promoting the internationalization of Chinese railway standards.
