According to the characteristics of prefabricated concrete canopy components,the nearby factory production mode is selected,and the feasibility of the mode is analyzed and demonstrated.Through the plane optimization layout of each work area,the mold with high turnover rate is selected for component production.A new production trolley for roof components of concrete canopy was invented;The mold frame is equipped with early disassembly,quick disassembly and quick assembly mechanism,and is installed directly according to the assembly line arrangement;The steel bar shed,which is also used as the transition frame of the whole steel bar frame,is used to bind the steel bars on the mold to realize the rapid connection between the steps of formwork support,steel bar binding and concrete placement;The use of movable concrete curing sunlight shed accelerates the improvement of concrete strength;The horizontal transportation of materials by rail gantry and the special beam lifting machine improve the efficiency of intra-site transportation.The demonstration application of several projects shows that the production technology is mature,the component quality is good,and the cost is controllable,which provides a strong practical basis for the prefabricated construction and popularization of the concrete canopy with station columns in China railway small and medium-sized passenger stations.
