摘要

本文依托贵广提质改造工程为背景,提出采用P95型大修列车解决250 km/h电气化铁路有砟地段更换混凝土轨枕效率低的难题,并从工艺改进,特殊枕木更换,天窗作业背景下的施工组织模式和施工完成后设备质量提升等方面对大列换枕施工进行总结分析,得出了在高等级线路上采用大列换枕的施工模式能够极大减少施工对运输的干扰、降低作业人员劳动强度、提升作业质量的结论.

Abstract

Based on the Upgrading and Reconstruction Project of Guizhou-Guangzhou Railway,this paper proposes to use P95 overhaul train to solve the problem of low efficiency in replacing concrete sleepers in ballast sections of 250 km/h electrified railways.This paper summarize and analyzes the mechanized sleeper replacement from the aspects of process improvement,special sleepers replacement,the construction organization under the backgrourd ofidle time operation and the improvement of equipment quality after the completion of construction,and it is concluded that the construction mode of replacing sleepers with large columns on high-speed railway can greatly reduce the interference of construction on transportation,reduce the labor intensity of operators and improve the quality of operation.
