摘要

本文对当前铁路局集团公司管辖分界(以下均简称为局界)的调度管理现状进行了较为系统的介绍,分析了目前线路局界和供电局界呈现不一致的诸多情况,并根据现状,指出了可能引发一系列供电作业计划实施的安全隐患问题,最后提出一些具体可行的建设性意见和措施.

Abstract

This paper introduces the current railway administration group co MPany jurisdiction of the demarcation(hereinafter referred to as the bureau boundary)of dispatching management status,and analyzes the current bureau boundary and power supply bureau boundary inconsistent situation.According to the present situation,this paper poits out the aseries of potential safety problems during the implementation process of power supply operation schedule.Finally put forword some concrete feasible constructive suggestions and measures.
