Public transport-oriented intensive urban development mode has attracted much attention.Study on overhead property development of railway station is of great significance for the development of station-city synergy,and the progress goes well.The overhead property development of railway station should vary from city to city and from station to station.In practice,we should separately choose the integrated,partial or point-based development mode as the case may be,reasonably control the property development intensity,innovate and break through,establish a synergy mechanism,continuously enrich the future development model,and continuously promote the development of station-city synergy.
