After the adjustment of railway engineering labor cost standards,it is still inconsistent with the actual wages of on-site workers.At the same time,as the basis of dynamic price adjustment,the composition of labor cost standards has a significant impact on the dynamic adjustment mechanism of labor costs.It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the composition of labor cost standards.By investigating and comparing the definitions of labor costs in other industries and the definitions of on-site paid wages,we can identify the differences in the composition of labor costs between railway cost standards and other industry cost standards,as well as on-site paid wages.Analyze the rationality and applicability of various costs in the composition of labor costs,and propose more scientifically reasonable and practical suggestions for adjusting the composition of labor cost standards.
