摘要

针对目前在铁路工程技术提升改造项目中涉及到采用闪光焊焊接钢轨,且焊缝数量较少时,直接利用当前铁路工程定额体系下的定额编制的预算与施工过程中实际发生的费用存在一定差异的问题,本文结合某高速铁路信号设备整治工程,对当前定额体系下焊接钢轨的配套定额进行系统分析,得出如下结论:在技术改造项目中焊缝数量较少,闪光焊定额中的人工、台班消耗量与实际存在一定差异,工程费用及型式检验等检验费用考虑不足,设计过程中可以对闪光焊定额的消耗量重新测定,然后对定额中的人工、台班消耗进行适当的调整或采用补充单价分析.

Abstract

At present,the number of welds in railway engineering technology improvement and renovation projects is relatively small.When using flash welding to weld steel rails,there are differences between the budget prepared directly using the current railway engineering quota system and the actual costs incurred during the construction process.In response to this issue,this article conducts a systematic analysis of the supporting quotas for welded steel rails under the current quota system in conjunction with a high-speed railway signal equipment renovation project.The following conclusion is drawn:in the technical renovation project,the number of welds is relatively small,and there are differences between the labor and machine shift consumption in the flash welding quota and the actual situation,resulting in insufficient consideration of engineering costs and inspection costs such as type inspection.During the design process,the consumption of flash welding quotas can be re measured,and appropriate adjustments can be made to the labor and shift consumption in the quotas or supplementary unit price analysis can be used.
