In 2021,the Ministry of Natural Resources issued the"Notice of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Regulating Temporary Land Management",which restricts the occupation of cultivated land and permanent basic farmland by railway system(storage)beam yard,puts forward higher requirements for the temporary land of high-speed railway system(storage)beam yard,and has a significant impact on the construction period and investment of high-speed railway.This paper analyzes the common problems in the construction of high-speed railway in China.The paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the temporary land use policy,and puts forward the optimization plan of the land use of the beam yard from the aspects of optimizing the construction organization,combining the permanent construction with the construction and adjusting the way of the beam construction,which provides a way to solve the difficulties of the land use of the beam yard of the high-speed railway.
