With the project revenues being squeezed and factor costs keep climbing,the sustainable and healthy development of construction enterprises is severely tested.In order to comply with the market reform,enhance the market competitiveness,construction enterprises usually take cost management as the main task,take the project responsibility cost as the Red Line,strictly control the cost of expenditure,further tap the project cost reduction and efficiency potential.There are some problems about project cost management in this paper,as well as the responsibility cost importance and the control key point carries on the thorough analysis,helping the project management team to define the project cost management objectives,implement cost management responsibilities,effectively assist construction enterprises to improve the ability to create efficiency and competitive strength.
