During the implementation of railway construction projects,the price fluctuation of local construction materials will have a great impact on construction costs and form economic control risks.it is necessary to conduct a quantitative analysis on the impact of local construction material prices on investment,providing support for risk analysis and decision-making at all stages of railway projects.Based on four railway general contracting projects,this paper compares the relationship between the actual purchase price of local construction materials and the design budget price,analyzes the sensitivity of the price fluctuation to the project investment,and summarizes the reasons and countermeasures for the price fluctuation of ground materials.The research results can provide reference for estimating the impact of construction materials price fluctuation on railway construction cost,and provide feasible solutions for resolving the economic control risks.
