人工智能技术在铁路工程投资控制中的应用研究

摘要
根据新时代铁路规划纲要,到2035年全国铁路网新增约4.1万公里,预估增加投资规模可达5万亿元以上,因此充分发挥建设资金效益最大化,做好铁路投资控制工作依旧任重道远.2023年被称为"人工智能开启元年",多家科技公司的大模型产品如雨后春笋般兴起,并在文本处理、语音图像识别及生成等领域大放异彩,部分产品已经展示出通用人工智能的特征,预计未来几年会有更成熟稳定的通用人工智能模型出现,具备彻底重塑每个行业的潜力.在"新质生产力"的发展指引下,本文从人工智能技术与铁路投资控制融合角度出发,分别研究人工智能技术在铁路工程造价标准中的应用、人工智能技术在设计阶段方案优化及投资控制中的应用、人工智能技术在实施阶段的招投标、征拆和质量及进度控制中的应用.
Abstract
According to the outline of the railway plan for the new era,by 2035,the national railway network will increase by about 41,000 kilometers,and the estimated increase in investment scale can reach about 5 trillion yuan.Therefore,it is still a long way to give full play to the maximum benefit of railway construction funds and do a good job in railway investment control.2023 is known as the"first year of artificial intelligence",and the large model products of many technology companies have sprung up like mushrooms after a rain,and shine in the fields of text processing,speech and image recognition and generation.Some products have already demonstrated characteristics through AI,and more mature and stable AI models are expected 40 emerge in the coming years,with the potential to completely reshape every industry.Under the guidance of the development of"new productive forces",this paper studies the application of AI technology in railway investment control,the application of AI technology in railway Basis of valuation,the application of AI technology in design optimization and investment control in the design stage,and the application of AI technology in bidding,land acquisition and demolition,quality and progress control in the implementation stage.
