不同屏蔽方式对信号设备电磁干扰研究

摘要
确定铁路变电所与信号设备房屋设置方案、相对距离标准对于保障行车安全、控制工程投资、统一工程建设标准具有重要意义.对电磁屏蔽室具体屏蔽措施进行分析,通过有限元仿真软件COMSOL建立金属板与金属网模型进行仿真计算得出机房内部磁感应强度变化,比较金属板和金属网两种屏蔽方式.统计不同材质、不同厚度金属板和金属网屏蔽时的磁场屏蔽率,进而对电气设备与信号设备安全间距进行优化.
Abstract
The determination of the layout plan and relative distance standards for railway substations and signal equipment houses is of great significance for ensuring driving safety,controlling engineering investment,and unifying engineering construction standards.This paper analyzes the specific shielding measures of the electromagnetic shielding room,establishes a metal plate and metal mesh model using the finite element simulation software COMSOL,and simulates and calculates the changes in magnetic induction intensity inside the computer room to compare the two shielding methods of metal plate and metal mesh.Calculate the magnetic field shielding rate of different materials,thicknesses of metal plates,and metal mesh shielding,and optimize the safety distance between electrical equipment and signal equipment.
