摘要

利用机制砂替代河砂作为混凝土细骨料,成为近年来部分铁路建设项目解决河砂短缺问题的有效措施.《铁路机制砂场建设技术规程》(Q/CR9570-2020)的颁布,统一了机制砂场建设技术要求,有利于保证工程质量.但其中对机制砂场位置与规模选定缺乏详细分析,不便于建设项目勘察设计阶段临时工程设计.因此,需对机制砂场位置与规模选定开展研究分析,提出铁路建设勘察设计阶段机制砂场位置与规模能力的参考方法,为推动机制砂材料在铁路工程建设中的高质量应用提供支撑.

Abstract

Using mechanism sand instead of river sand as concrete fine aggregate has become an effective measure to solve the problem of river sand shortage in some railway construction projects in recent years.The promulgation of the Technical Specification for Construction of Manufactured Sand Yard of Railway has unified the technical requirements for the construction of mechanism sand yard,which is conducive to ensuring the quality of the project.However,the location layout and scale capability of the mechanism sand yard are not analysed in detail,which is not convenient for the temporary facilities design in the investigation and design stage.It is necessary to make further research on location layout and scale capability of mechanism sand yard,the reference method provides support for the high quality application of propulsion sand materials in railway construction.
