我国工程造价信息化标准体系构建思考

摘要
工程造价信息化标准既是工程造价信息化建设的基础工作,也是未来工程造价管理活动的基础.为满足工程造价的信息化管理,实现造价信息的交流共享,本文对现有工程造价信息化标准进行了整体梳理,分析了已有信息化标准存在的问题和不足,按照统一规划、系统分类的原则,研究形成包含工程造价信息数据分类及编码标准、工程造价数据形成标准和工程造价成果数据标准等建设工程造价信息化标准体系的总体规划.
Abstract
Engineering cost informatization standards are not only the basic work of engineering cost informatization construction,but also the foundation of future engineering cost management activities.In order to meet the informatization management of project costs and achieve the exchange and sharing of cost information,this article has conducted a comprehensive review and analyzed the problems and shortcomings of the existing informatization standards.Based on the principles of unified planning and systematic classification,studied and formed a data classification and coding standard that includes project cost information Overall planning of construction project cost information standards for the formation of project cost data standards and project cost achievement data standards.
