摘要
为合理分析隧道洞渣加工砂石料过程,考虑实际施工工序的不确定性及其他复杂重叠因素,以时间为分析轴线,结合工点间洞渣相互调配影响,提出了一种有效、简单、直观的隧道洞渣加工砂石料的调配模型.通过对调配模型分析研究,确定洞渣加工利用时的洞渣利用率、骨料需求外购率、最终骨料富余量等多种参数数据,对合理确定洞渣利用量、优化洞渣综合利用、控制工程投资等具有重要意义,同时也为今后其他类似项目研究提供理论依据和参考.
Abstract
In order to reasonably analyze the utilization process of tunnel slag and working concrete aggregate,considering the uncertainty of the actual construction process and other complex overlapping factors,taking time as the analysis axis,considering the mutual allocation of tunnel slag between construction sites,an effective,simple and intuitive allocation model of tunnel slag into concrete aggregate was proposed.Through the analysis and research of the model,the utilization rate of the tunnel slag,the aggregate demand outsourcing rate,the final aggregate surplus and other parameters of the tunnel slag into concrete aggregate were determined.This is of great significance to reasonably determine the utilization of tunnel slag,optimize the comprehensive utilization of tunnel slag and control the project investment.This also provides theoretical basis and reference for other similar projects in the future.
