In current era,the development pattern of railway construction is changing,from pursuing scale and speed to high quality,therefore cost standards are playing a more and more important role in the investment management affairs of railway engineering construction."Regulations for Railway Engineering Capital Construction Comprehensive Estimate"and"Specification for Railway Engineering Bill of Quantities"are the key components of railway engineering cost standards,but the differences of comprehensive estimate chapter table and bill of quantities are making problems about low work efficiency when operators establishing bill of quantities.Based on the above background,this paper explores the solution about setting scheme of railway engineering comprehensive estimate chapter table and bill of quantities using computer method,which can provide reference for the next revision work about"Regulations for Railway Engineering Capital Construction Comprehensive Estimate"and"Specification for Railway Engineering Bill of Quantities".
