Ballastless track slab(sleeper)is an important track structure in high-speed railway projects, and its supply scheme is generally to set up a prefabrication yard on the project site to prefabricate and produce track slabs(sleepers). With the development of high-speed railway, prefabricated component manufacturers in various regions have gradually matured, and adopting price purchase schemes is feasible. Some railway projects are also implementing price purchase schemes. This paper conducts a technical and economic comparison between two schemes,to demonstrate the economic and feasibility of the two schemes from project design to project implementation. On the premise of reducing temporary land occupation, emphasizing environmental protection, and ensuring construction period, the price purchase scheme is proposed to be feasible and economical, providing reference for the design and implementation of other projects.
