摘要

混凝土用量和成本在隧道工程量及造价中占有重要比重,是隧道工程成本管控的重点.现行适用于常规隧道的预算定额无法全面考虑高地应力大变形隧道的混凝土超耗.论文通过丽香铁路玉龙雪山隧道严重大变形典型区段的现场统计分析,得出喷射混凝土平均超耗率和喷射混凝土平均回弹率,以及单层、双层初期支护在喷射混凝土回弹率、混凝土回填率上的差异,所得结论对单线铁路高地应力大变形隧道的预算定额编制和施工成本管控有一定参考意义.

Abstract

The amount and cost of concrete account for an important proportion in the quantity and cost of tunnel project and are the key points of cost control.The current budget quota applicable to conventional tunnels cannot entirely consider the overconsumption of concrete in high ground stress and large deformation tunnels.Based on the statistical analysis of the typical sections with excessive large deformation of Yulong Xueshan tunnel on Lixiang Railway,deriving the average overconsumption rate of shotcrete and the average rebound rate of lining concrete,as well as the difference between single-layer and double-layer support in terms of rebound rate of shotcrete and backfill rate of lining concrete.The conclusions obtained have certain reference significance to the budgeting and construction cost control of high stress and large deformation tunnels of single track railroads.
