Practice has shown that the 35kV and above power transformation projects in railway construction generally exist problems such as insufficient depth of investigation in the early stage,repeated modification of the design scheme in the implementation,widespread overestimation of investment,and delay of construction period.In view of the current standard system of railway engineering cost,there is no corresponding quota system for the relocation project,and there is no clear calculation formula for the relocation project cost.Based on the statistical analysis of the actual cost of 35kV and above power transfer and transformation projects in each stage of representative railway construction projects in a province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,this study adopted the characteristic price method to establish a set of cost prediction model for 35 kV and above power transfer and transformation projects of railway construction projects to fill the domestic gap.It solves many problems encountered in the investment control of 35kV and above power transfer engineering of railway construction projects,and provides a reference for the builders of the investment control of railway construction projects.
