摘要
为深化铁路客运提质计划,推进铁路客运站段综合指挥中心及综合监控室建设标准化,填补现有标准中客运综合指挥中心设计标准空白,开展铁路客运综合指挥中心及综合监控室的设计标准研究和制定工作.按照标准现状分析、现场调查研究、总结归纳整理等研究方法,本文从区域划分、作业区使用面积以及建设指标等三个方面对标准研究及制定过程进行分析,为后续设计标准的研究及制定提供技术支撑.
Abstract
With the deeper understanding of improving passenger transportation quality,we propose that research and formulate on code for railway passenger command center and control room.The research can advancement standardized construction of railway passenger command center and control room and fill the gap in existing standards for railway passenger command center.In this paper,we focus on area division、usable area of operation and construction indicator,a comprehensive analysis was conducted by methods such as analysis the status quo of standard,field survey research and summary.Meanwhile,analysis the process of research and formulate on code for railway passenger command center and control room.Providing a technical fundamental for the research and exploration of railway passenger command center and control room design standard.
