摘要
本文结合铁路房建工程施工兼具铁路和建筑行业的特征,系统总结了铁路房建工程施工安全的管理现状及经验,介绍了规程的编制背景、主要内容和技术特点.结合铁路客站工程案例,对屋盖钢结构施工安全、大跨度幕墙施工安全、营业线施工安全、"四新"施工安全、危大工程施工安全、安全文明施工等重点条文进行了解读,有助于相关人员充分理解和掌握规程编制的要点,对推进铁路房建标准体系的建设和铁路施工安全具有重要意义.
Abstract
Combined with the construction of Railway Building Engineering has the characteristics of both Railway and Buildings,the management status and experience of Railway building construction are summarized in this paper.The background,contents of technical specification and technical characteristics are introduced.Combined with engineering cases of Railway Passenger Station,the key provisions of construction safety,such as roof steel structure,large span curtain walls,business lines construction,four-new technology construction,risker sub-project construction,safe and civilized construction are interpreted.It is helpful to fully understand and master the key points of the technical specification,and it is important to promote the construction of Railway Building Engineering standard system and the safety of railway construction.
