摘要

在东南亚地区铁路建设中,通过调研当地劳动力市场工人劳动能力、效率、薪资待遇等,依据铁路建设国家的法律法规和施工能力,确定该国劳动力配置方案.通过研究已实施项目,从劳动力供应能力、当地工人工效、中外人工比例三方面分析国外项目劳动力组织模式.依据研究分析后的劳动力组织模式、人工工日单价,形成适用于东南亚地区特点的综合人工单价确定方法,提出降低造价、控制成本的建议,为后续类似项目提供指导或借鉴.

Abstract

In the railway construction in Southeast Asia,through the investigation of the local labor market workers'labor capacity,efficiency,salary,etc.,according to the laws and regulations of the railway construction country and the construction capacity,the country's labor allocation plan is determined.Through the study of the implemented projects,the paper analyzes the labor organization mode of foreign projects from three aspects:labor supply capacity,efficiency of local workers,and labor ratio between China and foreign countries.Based on the labor organization model and labor day unit price after research and analysis,a comprehensive labor unit price determination method suitable for Southeast Asia is formed,and suggestions on cost reduction and cost control are put forward to provide guidance or reference for subsequent similar projects.
