摘要
电力线路、铁路同为国家重要的基础设施,电力线路与电气化铁路的交叉跨越数量随着建设的迅猛发展呈几何级爆发式增长态势,在跨越施工过程中,如何保障铁路运行安全,极其重要.本文在总结研究电力线路跨越电气化铁路施工防护经验基础上,分析跨越铁路主要防护方式及特点、安全性分析等,研究跨越铁路防护施工要求、安全措施、主要设备工器具管理、监测等技术要求,提出有效指导并规范电力线路跨越电气化铁路施工防护的安全建议.
Abstract
Power lines and railways are both important national infrastructures,the number of crossings between power lines and electrified railways has shown a geometric explosive growth trend with the rapid development of construction.In the process of crossing construction,how to ensure the safety of railway operation is extremely important.On the basis of summarizing and studying the construction protection experience of electric power line crossing electrified railway,this paper analyzes the main protection methods and characteristics,safety analysis of the crossing railway,studies the construction requirements,safety measures,management of main equipment,tools and instruments,monitoring and other technical requirements of the crossing railway protection,and puts forward safety suggestions to effectively guide and standardize the construction protection of power line crossing Railway electrification.
