摘要

接触网设计是高速铁路建设站后工程的重要内容.传统的接触网设计基于二维CAD平台,工作量大,自动化程度低,专业间协同配合不够,成果交付可视化效果差.本文研究了基于BIM的高铁接触网参数化建模方法,在对接触网实体分解的基础上,分析并创建高铁接触网参数化构件族库,针对不同类型的构件进行建模,进一步参数化装配并调整,可创建不同类型的接触网BIM模型,进而实现大规模自动建模,提高设计效率,并显著增强设计过程和接触网成果展示的三维可视化效果.本文提出的基于BIM的高速铁路接触网参数化建模方法和建模流程基于第三方平台进行了开发验证,并应用于实际铁路工程建设中,表明能够有效提升数字铁路工程接触网协同设计的水平.

Abstract

The catenary is an important part of the post-station engineering design for high-speed railway construction.Traditional catenary design is based on a two-dimensional CAD platform,which requires a large workload,low level of automation,insufficient collaboration among specialties,and poor visualization of results delivery.This article researches a BIM based parameterized modeling method for high-speed rail catenary.Based on decomposing catenary entities,we analyze and create a parameterized component family library for high-speed rail catenary.By modeling different types of components,further parameterized assembly,and adjustment,then create various catenary BIM models.This can achieve large-scale automatic modeling,improve design efficiency,and effectively enhance the three-dimensional visualization effect of the design process and design results.The BIM-based parametric modeling method and modeling process of high-speed railway catenary proposed in this paper are developed and verified based on the third-party platform,and applied to the actual railway engineering construction,which shows that it can effectively improve the level of collaborative design of digital railway engineering catenary.
