摘要

在我国铁路建设快速发展的背景下,越来越多的新建铁路项目需交叉跨越既有铁路、高速公路等障碍物.在铁路连续梁交叉跨越工程中采用悬灌转体施工方案,是桥梁施工安全跨越既有铁路的新方法.铁路连续梁转体施工工艺在确保施工安全、质量和进度等方面有较大优势.本文根据连镇铁路跨宁启铁路特大桥连续梁悬灌转体施工实例,阐述铁路连续梁悬灌转体施工方案和施工工艺,对比悬臂浇注施工与悬灌转体施工的工程费用,并对悬灌转体施工工艺进行经济性分析.通过综合对比分析,以期为类似工程提供有意义的借鉴.

Abstract

In the background of the rapid development of railway construction in China,more and more new railway projects need to cross the obstacles such as existing railways and expressways.The use of suspended pouring and rotating construction scheme in railway continuous beam crossing engineering is a new method for bridge construction to safely cross existing railways.The construction technology of railway continuous beam rotation has significant advantages in ensuring construction safety,quality,and progress.This article elaborates on the construction plan and technology of the railway continuous beam suspension casting rotation,comparison of engineering costs between cantilever casting construction and suspension casting rotating construction,and conduct economic analysis on the construction technology of suspended pouring and rotating body based on the example of the construction of the continuous beam suspension casting rotation for the super large bridge of the Lianzhen Railway crossing the Ningqi Railway.Through comprehensive comparative analysis,it is expected to provide meaningful reference for similar projects.
