摘要
本研究探讨了建筑工程项目中安全管理与造价成本之间的关系,分析了两者在项目实施过程中的相互影响及其对项目整体效益的作用.通过对溪语印象项目的实例分析,合理的安全管理不仅能够有效降低施工中的安全事故发生率,还能减少因事故引发的额外成本支出.同时,适当的成本控制对项目的安全保障具有重要影响,过度节约可能导致安全隐患的增加.研究表明,安全管理与成本控制的平衡是实现项目顺利进行和效益最大化的关键.
Abstract
This study discusses the relationship between safety management and cost in construction engineering projects,analyzes the mutual influence of the two in the process of project implementation and the effect on the overall benefit of the project.Through the case analysis of the Xiyu Impression project,reasonable safety management can not only effectively reduce the incidence of safety accidents in construction,but also reduce the extra cost caused by accidents.At the same time,proper cost control has an important impact on the security of the project,and excessive savings may lead to the increase of security risks.The research shows that the balance between safety management and cost control is the key to achieve the smooth progress of the project and maximize the benefits.
