Research Progress in Application of Nanomaterials in Waterborne Anticorrosive Coatings
It has been a development trend that the high performance and functional anticorrosive coating is prepared via modification with nanomaterials by which complementary advantages between different materials can be achieved.Because different nanomaterial might have different structure and performance,there are some differences in the enhancement mechanism and effect on property of waterborne anticorrosive coatings.In this article,the applications of graphene,nano inorganic oxide,nano conductive polymers,nano clay and other nanomaterials in waterborne anticorrosive coatings have been reviewed.
