高固含量水性聚氨酯的制备及其在超细纤维合成革上的应用

以聚酯多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料,依据球状物体堆积密度数学模型,用不同粒径的预聚体共混乳化法制得固含量为51。43%、粒径呈多元分布的高固含量水性聚氨酯(HSC-WPU)乳液,并将其应用于超细纤维合成革面层涂饰,采用红外光谱仪、拉力试验机、耐磨试验仪等分别对乳液、胶膜及涂层进行分析表征,结果表明:高固含量有利于提高涂层力学性能、耐磨性、耐水性等。
Preparation of Waterborne Polyurethane with High Solid Content and Its Application in Superfine Fiber Synthetic Leather
In this article,the polyester polyol,isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) were used as raw materials to prepare prepolymers with different particle sizes via the mathematical model of packing density of spherical objects.Then the prepared prepolymers were mixed to prepare the waterborne polyurethane emulsion with high solid content (HSC-WPU) wherein the solid content was 51.43% and the particle sizes showed multivariate distribution.The emulsions,films and coatings were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,tensile testing machine and wear tester respectively when the prepared emulsions were coated on the leather surface.The results revealed that the higher solid content was useful for enhancing the mechanical property,wear resistance and water resistance of the coating.
