摘要

面对绿色、节能、环保以及减排等多重挑战,个人电脑产品使用的涂料不仅要满足环保及可持续发展政策要求,也要在色彩和可靠性上达到用户高品质及个性化追求,同时克服成本控制的难题.针对这些需求和挑战,重构溶剂型涂料配方,调整固化剂和稀释剂比例,选用分散性能更佳的溶剂和改性成膜物质,通过产品喷涂验证及第三方实验室检验检测,证实新研发的低VOC含量溶剂型涂料,在确保与传统溶剂型涂料相同品质标准的同时,其色彩表现力也达到了用户的要求,且VOC含量满足GB 30981-2020《工业防护涂料中有害物质限量》的规定,是目前个人电脑领域性价比较高的解决方案,也是该产业在绿色制造和清洁生产下可持续发展的新技术方向.

Abstract

Under the multiple challenges of green,energy saving,environmental protection and emission reduction,the solvent coatings used in personal computer products must not only meet the requirements of environmental protection and sustainable development policies,but also meet the high-quality and personalized needs of users in color and reliability,also need solve the challenges faced by cost.In response to these needs and challenges,the traditional solvent-based coating formula was reconstructed,the proportion of curing agent and thinner was adjusted,better dispersion properties of solvents were selected and modified resin.The reliability of the newly developed low VOC solvent-based coatings reached the same quality standards as traditional solvent-based coatings through product application and third-party laboratory testing results.The color meets the high quality and personalized needs of users,and the VOC content met the requirements of GB 30981-2020.Low VOC is the most cost-effective solution in the field of personal computers at present,also a new technological direction for the sustainable development of the industry under green manufacturing and clean production.
