摘要
当前,我国铁路旅客对城际铁路公交化的出行需求越来越高.为适应城际铁路旅客快速进出站、便捷支付的现实需求,设计了城际铁路智能乘车码系统.该系统实现了双离线动态乘车码生成与解析及旅客身份智能识别,旅客可随到随走,通过铁路 12306支付宝小程序扫码进出站,显著提高了旅客出行效率.此外,依托铁路电子支付平台的支付结算能力及支付宝金融产品的支付与风控能力,通过支付交易多重加密与验证及完善的交易对账及差异处理,实现旅客电子支付账户免密代扣及支付宝垫资保付,既保证了旅客支付的便捷性、安全性和风险可控性,也确保了中国国家铁路集团有限公司运输收入准确无误.该系统已在中国铁路广州局集团有限公司成功应用,实现铁路旅客先乘车后支付的出行体验,促进铁路客运服务方式转型和铁路客运服务水平的提升.
Abstract
Currently,domestic railway passengers have an increasing demand for intercity rail transit transportation.To meet the practical needs of rapid entry and exit at stations and convenient payment of intercity railway passengers,the article designs an smart train ride QR code system for intercity railway.This system realizes offline dynamic generation and parsing of train ride QR code as well as intelligent identification of passengers so that passengers can enter and exit the station quickly by scanning the QR code via the railway 12306 Alipay applet,greatly improving their travel efficiency.In addition,relying on the payment and settlement capabilities of the railway electronic payment platform and the payment and risk control capabilities of Alipay financial products,multiple encryption and verification of payment transactions and improved transaction reconciliation and difference processing are realized to reinforce the security of password-free withholding of passenger electronic payment accounts and Alipay advance payment guarantee,which not only ensures the conveniency,security and risk controllability of passenger payment,but also ensures the accuracy of China Railway Group's transportation revenue.The system has been successfully applied in China Railway Guangzhou Group Co.,Ltd.,creating a fast and convienient travel experience for railway passengers who can board the train first and pay later,promoting the transformation of railway passenger service modes and the improvement of railway passenger service levels.
