In order to improve the management level of locomotive operation revealing work in the railway locomotive operation department,ensure the accuracy of operation revealing editing,and enhance the safety standardization and fine control ability of locomotive operation,this paper designed a railway locomotive operation revealing management and control system,which implemented the functions of intelligent analysis of key elements in dispatching commands of locomotive operation revealing,the auxiliary comparison and simulation verification of temporary data of the manually edited train operation monitoring device(LKJ).The trial results show that the system has reference significance in ensuring the safe operation of locomotives,reducing the work pressure of locomotive operation revealing editors and management personnel at all levels,improving the accuracy of locomotive operation revealing editing,the safety of revealing operations,and the timeliness and effectiveness of revealing transmission.
