摘要
针对铁路企业会议现行管理模式下存在的资源浪费、办会效率低等问题,设计铁路企业全流程无纸化会议系统.通过加密算法、自然语言处理等技术,实现对会议资料、流程等的数字化和智能化管理,提升工作效率和会议质量.
Abstract
In response to the problems of resource waste and low efficiency in organizing railway enterprise conferences under the current management mode,this paper designed a paperless conference system for the whole process of railway enterprises.The paper used encryption algorithms,natural language processing and other technologies to implement digital and intelligent management of conference materials,processes,etc.,improving work efficiency and conference quality.
