Two stage adjustment strategy for new schedule stopping plan of high-speed railway train
Regularly adjusting the high-speed railway train stopping plan in response to changes in the passenger flow market is a long-term and important task for railway transportation organization. This paper proposed a two-stage adjustment strategy for the new schedule stopping plan of high-speed railway trains based on the on-site preparation requirements of railway transportation, aimed at meeting passenger flow demands. In the first stage, the paper referred to the train stopping ratio during the execution period, and focused on the design of a stopping plan for a newly added single train. In the second stage, the paper coordinated and optimized the train stopping plan for the entire line based on the satisfaction of OD(Origin-Destination)passenger flow demand, train transportation capacity, and passenger load factor. This strategy can meet the needs of railway transportation planning departments for continuous iteration of stopping plans, ensuring a smooth transition of high-speed train stopping plans during different train schedule.
