随着我国现代综合交通运输体系快速发展,人们对出行质量的要求不断提高,亟需构建以旅客为中心的联程运输服务模式.为此,设计铁路旅客联程一体化智能出行服务平台(R-MaaS)架构.文章详细介绍该架构的设计需求、功能、关键技术、实施效果,以及基于该架构形成的一体化智能出行服务体系.铁路旅客联程一体化智能出行服务平台架构的建设,有力支撑了基于中国铁路12306互联网售票系统开展的空铁联运、铁水联运、旅游门票等服务,丰富了旅客联程运输产品供给,提高了服务品质,对推进旅客联程运输机制创新具有积极意义.
Architecture of integrated intelligent travel service platform for railway passenger intermodal transportation
With the rapid development of China's modern comprehensive transportation system,the people's demand for travel quality continues increases,and there is an urgent need to build a passenger centered intermodal transportation service model.For this purpose,this paper designed the architecture of integrated intelligent travel service platform for railway passenger intermodal transportation(R-MaaS).The paper provided a detailed introduction to the design requirements,functions,key technologies,implementation effects of this architecture,as well as the integrated intelligent travel service system formed based on this architecture.The construction of the platform architecture has strongly supported the air-rail intermodal transport,rail-water intermodal transport,tourism tickets and other services based on the railway 12306 Internet ticketing system,enriched the supply of passenger intermodal transport products,improved the service quality,and has a positive significance in promoting the innovation of passenger intermodal transport mechanism.
