摘要
为全面支撑中老(中国—老挝)铁路跨境列车车票发售,提升国际旅客出行体验,设计了面向中老铁路跨境旅客运输的客票系统.充分考虑国际旅客需求,结合中老两国国情,搭建轻量化、模块化的高可用系统架构;选择适应老挝国情的票制技术,支持中文、老挝文、英文等3种语言切换,实现多币种收费票务服务,融合多国电子支付方式并拓宽购票渠道.应用表明,该系统提升了中老铁路信息化水平,提高了中老铁路客运效率,为旅客提供了更优质的出行服务.
Abstract
In order to fully support the ticket sales of China-Laos railway cross-border trains and improve the travel experience of international passengers,this paper designed a ticketing and reservation system for cross border passenger transport of China-Laos railway.Taking into full consideration the needs of international travelers and combining with the national conditions of China and Laos,the paper constructed a lightweight and modular high availability system architecture,chose a ticketing technology that was suitable for the national conditions of Laos to support language switching between Chinese,Laotian,and English,implement multi-currency ticketing services,integrate electronic payment methods from multiple countries,and expand ticketing channels.The application shows that the system improves the informatization level of China-Laos railway,improves the passenger transport efficiency of China-Laos railway,and provides passengers with better travel services.
