摘要

为解决涉铁市政工程建设周期紧、施工安全要求高、管理数据来源多等难题,提出了基于BIM(Building Information Modeling)+三维地理信息系统(GIS,GeographicInformation System)的数字化设计及集成交付方案.基于扬州市江平东路涉铁市政工程,定制化开发参建单位通用的全生命周期集成交付系统,实现真实场景数字孪生、重要工点导航、虚拟现实模拟驾驶等功能,为项目参建单位全链条沟通和决策提供了可视化工具,大幅提升了工程建设质量与项目管理效益,可为相关涉铁市政工程项目提供技术参考.

Abstract

To solve the problems of tight construction cycle,high construction safety requirements,and multiple sources of management data in municipal engineering involving railways,this paper proposed a digital design and integrated delivery solution based on BIM+GIS.Based on the municipal engineering involving railways in Jiangping East Road of Yangzhou City,the paper customized development of a universal full life cycle integrated delivery system for participating units.The system implemented functions such as real scene digital twin,important construction site navigation,virtual reality simulation driving,etc.,providing visual tools for full chain communication and decision-making of project participating units,greatly improving the quality of engineering construction and project management efficiency,and can provide technical references for related municipal engineering involving railways.
