轨道作业车车门控制与视频监控系统的设计与实现

针对轨道作业车在运行过程中车门可以手动开启、乘车人员不当触碰电气按钮等情况引发的安全隐患,设计了一种基于ARM CortexA-8嵌入式平台的轨道作业车车门控制与视频监控系统.阐述了该系统的硬件设计方案、软件架构、核心业务流程,以及车门控制、视频采集、视频显示等功能.通过电平转换、基于select/poll函数的多路设备状态监听、可视化监控等关键技术,实现轨道作业车车门的自动锁闭与开启,以及对乘车人员行为的实时监控.试用结果表明,该系统运行稳定,能够保障轨道作业车行车安全,具有一定的可用性.
In response to the safety hazards caused by improper manual opening of doors and improper touching of electrical buttons by passengers during the operation of track operation car,this paper designed a car door control and video surveillance system for track operation car based on ARM Cortex-A-8 embedded platform,elaborated on the hardware design scheme,software architecture,core business processes,as well as functions such as door control,video capture,and video display of the system.Through key technologies such as electrical level conversion,multi-channel device status monitoring based on select/roll functions,and visual monitoring,the paper implemented automatic locking and opening of the doors of the track operation car,as well as real-time monitoring of passenger behavior.The trial results show that the system runs stably,can ensure the safety of track operation car,and has certain usability.
