摘要
针对企业财务报销信息化管理程度较低、职工报销体验差的问题,设计了铁路企业财务报销系统,应用Spring框架、分布式部署、前后端分离等技术,实现报账单管理、业务审批、预算管控,以及发票信息的采集、查询与管理等功能.该系统已在铁路企业应用,显著提高了财务报销效率,加强了预算管控和内部控制,提升了财务部门数据分析和决策支持能力.
Abstract
In response to the low level of informatization management in enterprise financial reimbursement and the poor reimbursement experience of employees,this paper designed a financial reimbursement system for railway enterprise.The paper applied technologies such as Spring framework,distributed deployment,and front-end and back-end separation to implement functions such as reimbursement management,business approval,budget control,and collection,query,and management of invoice information.The system has been applied in railway enterprises,and significantly improved financial reimbursement efficiency,strengthened budget control and internal control,and enhanced the data analysis and decision support capabilities of the finance department.
