针对城市轨道交通运营线路增加与乘客服务多样化需求带来的信息处理实时性挑战,提出基于云边融合技术的城市轨道交通乘客信息服务增强系统.设计了系统架构,以及信息服务推送、智能导航与路径规划、紧急响应与安全预警、实时客流分析与管理、交互式信息服务、多模态数据集成、用户体验等功能.该系统通过云边数据协同处理、处理分析任务的动态调度策略及系统安全与可靠性等技术,实现了对海量多源异构数据的实时高效处理分析,助力城市轨道交通的智慧化、绿色化发展,为今后乘客信息系统的建设提供重要参考.
Passenger information service enhancement system based on cloud edge fusion technology
In response to the real-time challenges of information processing brought about by the increase in urban rail transit operation lines and the diversified demand for passenger services,this paper proposed an urban rail transit passenger information service enhancement system based on cloud edge fusion technology,designed the system architecture,as well as functions such as information service push,intelligent navigation and path planning,emergency response and safety warning,real-time passenger flow analysis and management,interactive information services,multimodal data integration,and user experience.This system implemented real-time and efficient processing and analysis of massive heterogeneous data from multiple sources through cloud edge data collaborative processing,dynamic scheduling strategies for processing and analysis tasks,and system security and reliability technologies.It helps promote the intelligent and green development of urban rail transit and provides important references for the construction of passenger information systems in the future.
