Analysis of Corrosion and Control of Mixed Transport Pipeline in an Offshore Oil Field
An external transmission sea pipe served in an offshore oilfield for 7 years is selected for cause analysis of corrosion by means of analyzing the anticorrosion process, operating conditions,on-site hanging sample morphology, internal inspection data, clean pipe scale samples and bacterial detection results. The results show that the main cause of corrosion is microbial corrosion under the scale, and FeCO3 deposition provides an environment for the breeding of bacteria such as SRB,wherein microbial corrosion and H2S in the fluid lead to corrosion of the metal. This article proposes anticorrosion measures based on the situation of the submarine pipeline, which provides reference guide for the corrosion protection of the similar submarine pipelines in other sea areas.
