热熔型道路标线涂料的制备与研究

以C5石油树脂为基础成膜树脂,添加了钛白粉、玻璃微珠、重钙和滑石粉为填料以及增塑剂等助剂,制备了一种热熔型道路标线涂料.分别研究了不同树脂、树脂含量、钛白粉加入量、填料的含量以及增塑剂加入量对道路标线涂料性能的影响.通过对涂料的软化点、抗压强度、逆反射系数以及磨耗量等性能的分析,结果表明,当体系采用20%C5石油树脂、5%钛白粉、22%玻璃微珠、1%的增塑剂,其他助剂为4%时,合成的热熔型道路标涂料具有干燥时间短、软化点合适、柔韧性好、耐磨性优异、逆反射性能好、耐水以及耐酸碱效果强等优异性能.
Preparation and Properties of Hot-Melt Road Marking Paint
In this paper,a hot melt road marking paint is prepared by using C5 petroleum resin as the film forming resin in addition to titanium dioxide,glass beads,heavy calcium and talcum powder as the filler and and other additives.The effects of different resins,titanium dioxide,filler,plasticizer and their dosage on the properties of the road marking paint are studied.The analysis of the softening point,compressive strength,retro reflection coefficient and wear loss of the coating reveals that the synthesized hot-melt road marking paint shows good properties such as short drying time,appropriate softening point,good flexibility,excellent wear resistance,good retro reflection performance,strong water resistance and acid/alkali resistance when 20%C5 petroleum resin,5%titanium dioxide,22%glass bead,1%plasticizer and 4%other additives are used in the paint.
