摘要

总铁和钙离子是反映海底管道内腐蚀状态的两项重要指标.本研究针对南海某海底管道输送介质总铁与钙离子超标问题,通过原油金属含量、腐蚀因素、微生物腐蚀、水质成分、沉积物全组分、结垢倾向模拟计算等监/检测数据,分析两项腐蚀监测指标超标原因,随后针对具体原因,制定总铁与钙离子超标问题解决方案,并对方案效果进行过程验证.

Abstract

Total iron and calcium ions are two important indicators to reflect the corrosion status of submarine pipelines.Aiming at the problem of excessive total iron and calcium ions in the transport medium of submarine pipeline in the South China Sea,this paper analyzes the reasons for the excessive corrosion monitoring indicators through monitoring and testing data such as crude oil metal content,corrosion factors,microbial corrosion,water quality composition,sediment composition,and scaling tendency.Then,according to the specific reasons,the solution to the problem of exceeding the total iron and calcium ions is developed,and the effect of the solution is verified.
