水性丙烯酸塑料油墨附着力与干燥速度影响因素的研究

在聚丙烯塑料底材上印刷水性塑料油墨,由于溶剂水的表面张力大于低表面能的塑料,会导致油墨附着力较差.此外水的挥发速度较慢,因此在配方中往往会加一些助剂以提高其附着力及干燥速度,其生产成本高、生产工艺复杂.本研究工作中不添加任何助剂,采用乳液聚合的方法,通过改变核壳树脂壳的玻璃化温度、不同的碱溶树脂用量及种类来提高水性塑料油墨的附着力,并通过加入适量乙醇提升干燥速度.制备的水性塑料油墨附着力为95%~100%、干燥速度为9~12 mm/30 s.
Research on Influential Factors on Adhesion and Drying Speed of Waterborne Acrylic Plastic Inks
The waterborne plastic ink is printed on polypropylene plastic substrate which shows low adhesion because the surface tension of water is higher than that of the plastic.In addition,the water shows a relative slower evaporation rate.Therefore,some additives are introduced into the formula of inks to increase its adhesion and drying speed.However,its production cost is high and process is complicated.In this article,the plastic inks are prepared without additives added by emulsion polymerization.Its adhension is increased by adjustment of glass transition temperature of the shell in the core-shell resin,dosage and type of alkali-soluble resin.Furthermore,its drying speed is increased by addition of ethanol.The prepared waterborne plastic ink shows its adhension 95%-100%and drying speed 9-12 mm/30s.
