某油气处理厂中管线错综复杂,输送介质腐蚀性较强,对重点管线腐蚀现状进行有针对性的无损检测,能够及时发现、排除隐患保障安全生产.传统检测方法对于复杂管网的排查在覆盖程度、检测精度等方面尚有不足,本研究运用脉冲涡流、超声导波和超声波探伤等多种无损检测方法对重点管线开展综合腐蚀检测评估、检测高效,结果精确,形成针对重点管线的维保方案.
Corrosion Assessment and Result Analysis of Key Pipelines in Oil and Gas Treatment Plant
Pipelines in an oil and gas treatment plant are complicated and the conveying medium is corrosive.A targeted non-destructive testing of key pipelines can detect and eliminate hidden dangers in time to ensure safe production.The traditional testing methods for the investigation of complex pipe networks are still insufficient in terms of coverage and detection accuracy.In this paper,a variety of non-destructive testing methods such as pulsed eddy current,ultrasonic guided wave and ultrasonic flaw detection are used to carry out comprehensive corrosion detection and evaluation of key pipelines.The detection is efficient and the results are accurate,so as to form a maintenance plan for key pipelines.
