摘要

对某海底油气水混输管道可能存在的水积液腐蚀、CO2/H2S腐蚀、微生物腐蚀、沉积物垢下腐蚀风险进行了分析,并结合海管出入口的铁离子含量、挂片监测数据以及内检测数据等情况,对海管的内腐蚀状况进行了综合分析,提出了下一步的腐蚀控制建议.

Abstract

This article analyzes the potential risks of water accumulation corrosion,CO2/H2S corrosion,microbial corrosion and corrosion under sediment scale in a certain submarine oil and gas mixed transmission pipeline.Based on the iron ion content,hanging piece monitoring data and internal detection data at the inlet and outlet of the pipeline,a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the internal corrosion status of the pipeline.Some suggestions for further corrosion control are proposed accordingly.
